Research proposal title/topic: Examining the Effect of Leadership Practices on Sustaining an
Innovated Education
Description of the research topic relative to graduate program being applied for
This research is to be conducted to determine practices in order to sustain an
innovated education through a specified type of leadership. This will somehow measures
the type of leadership that can be effective in the sustenance of education especially
nowadays that we are in this present pandemic situation, with the so-called “new normal”.
Objective of the research study
The objectives of the study:
1) To examine leadership practices that are being implemented in the education
settings.
2) To utilize existing data for the analysis on how to sustain an effective innovated
education
3) To recommend effective practices on sustaining the innovated education for an
effective leadership
Significance of the research study
The significance of the study is to identify the purpose of how leadership practices can
assist leaders in sustaining the innovations in education and to have a complete view of
leadership practices within a sustainable innovation through integrating qualitative and
quantitative data.
Research method or design to be used
The research method is through surveys, site visits and year-end accomplishment reports.
Proposed timeline of the research study
The proposed timeline of the research study will be once after I am through with all the
academic requirements and once I pass the Comprehensive Examinations.
