PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
PARTIES
- This Property Management Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered
into on ________________ (the “Effective Date”), by and between
________________________, with an address of ________________ (hereinafter referred to as
the “Owner”), and ________________, with an address of ________________ (hereinafter
referred to as the “Agent”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
GENERAL
- Hereby, the Owner exclusively appoints the Agent to manage the property that is located at

- The Agent hereby accepts such responsibility and agrees to manage the property
aforementioned.
The Owner agrees to pay the fees associated with the services that the Agent will provide when
managing the aforementioned property.
TERM
- This Agreement shall be effective on the date of signing this Agreement (hereinafter referred to
as the “Effective Date”) and will end on _______________________________.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Marketing: Advertising properties for rent, showcasing features, and highlighting
benefits.
2. Landlord Representation: Acting on behalf of property owners and ensuring landlord
satisfaction.
3. Rental collection tracking and monitoring: Tracking of rent payments in accordance with the
timeline set by the landlord.
4. Paperwork and Documentation: Preparing and managing property documents, e.g, lease/rental
contracts to new tenants.
5. Manage and track bill payments: Security and caretaker.
6. Client Communication: Regularly updating the landlord with market insights and addressing
concerns.
AGENT LIABILITY
- Hereby, the Owner agrees to hold the Agent harmless from any debts, charges, demands, claims
and/or lawsuits.
PAYMENT AND FEES
- The Parties agree that the total cost of the services will be ____________,
- All rent payments will be made to the Pay Bill provided by the landlord, and the agent will not
handle any cash from the tenant whatsoever.

TERMINATION
- This Agreement may be terminated in case the following occurs:
Immediately in case one of the Parties breaches this Agreement or one of the conditions set
forth in this Agreement and does not amend the issue within a period of ________________.
This Agreement will automatically be terminated in case the premises is not rented in a period
of ________________ from the date of signing this Agreement.
SUCCESSION
- This Agreement is binding on the Agent and the Owner as well as their successors.

GOVERNING LAW
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

AMENDMENTS
- The Parties agree that any amendments made to this Agreement must be in writing and they
must be signed by both Parties to this Agreement.
- As such, any amendments made by the Parties will be applied to this Agreement.
ASSIGNMENT
- The Parties hereby agree not to assign any of the responsibilities in this Agreement to a third
party unless consented by both Parties in writing.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Any dispute or difference whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the Parties hereto with
respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings,
inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with
respect to the subject matter hereof. The express terms hereof control and supersede any course
of performance and/or usage of the trade inconsistent with any of the terms hereof.
SEVERABILITY
- In an event where any provision of this Agreement is found to be void and unenforceable by a
court of competent jurisdiction, then the remaining provisions will remain to be enforced in
accordance with the Parties’ intention.
