Project proposal sheet
Sample project proposal sheet
Consultants face enough obstacles when they’re hired to implement a new project for a client’s Web site,
and it’s even more challenging when the consultant brings the proposal. To help consultants “sell” their
proposals to their prospective clients, we’ve put together a project proposal sheet.
This document is designed to help address a wide spectrum of issues, including:
• Whether the project will produce revenue or save your client money.
• The reasons the project is necessary.
• How the organization will benefit.
• How the new feature will behave.
• How the project will be judged a success.
This template is based on one used by TechRepublic. Feel free to customize it to fit your needs. If you
have a similar document that you would like to share with TechRepublic, send it to us.
