Welcome to the inclination assessment!
The Inclination Assessment for the GEC 2022 field-test is housed
inside the DBE-E3’s WhatsApp bot, TeacherConnectchat.
This document is your simple 1, 2, 3 steps to use the Inclination
Assessment.
Step 1
Join TeacherConnectchat, by saving this telephone number
on your phone 060 060 33 33 with the name of the contact TeacherConnect
TeacherConnectchat.
Then open up WhatsApp and send a WhatsApp message to
TeacherConnectchat contact with the word IGO.
If you have a QR code reader, you
can also open up the QR code
reader and snap this code. The
code will open up WhatsApp for
you with the keyword already
loaded. You will just need to press
‘Enter’ to start.
Step 2
Register!
TeacherConnect
Follow the prompts and answer the easy questions
that will help us learn a little more about you.
You will also be asked which language you’d like to
take the assessment in. (Please note that although
the questions will be asked in your language of
choice, the response document will be
in English).
Step 3
Now it’s time to take the assessment.
It’s simple, easy to use and should take you no more
TeacherConnect
than 30 minutes.
Just read the question that is in the message and reply
with either an YES or a NO depending on what you feel
is closest to you.
There is no right or wrong answer.
Just answer what you feel is most like who you are.
This is about you and what you like, so answer what
feels right for you.

has a PDF in it sent straight to your
phone. That PDF has your results in
them!
You have the option to share the PDF
with another number too.
