It is a pre-written set of code to which programmer add their own code and develop a new
programme

 What is the difference between Core Java and Advance Java?

Core Java is used for mobile applications and offline desktop applications on the other hand
advance Java is used for web based applications and enterprise application.

 BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST

It is technical role. BSA is responsible for requirement gathering from the stakeholders. BSA
is also responsible for filling BRD. BSA also analysis the whole project and if he finds any loop
holes in it then instead of informing the concerned team he himself tries to rectify that
error. He has good knowledge of loading and programme.

 PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

A project manager is responsible for planning, procurement and execution of single project.
He reports to programme manager.

 PROGRAMME MANAGER
Is responsible for planning, procurement & execution of multiple projects. He takes all the
critical and important decision related to that project.

 QUALITY ANALYST (QA)

A quality analyst is responsible for creating test cases, test plans, test scripts for software,
telecom & reporting system.

It is two types (a) Manual Tester (b) Automation Tester

(a) MANUAL TESTER – It is done with the help of a software in this type of testing
human interference is required.

 H1B (Employer Visa)

(a) It is filled only by the Employer.
(b) It is valid for 3 years.
(c) It can be extended for more 3 years.
(d) The candidate can’t change his employer.
(e) If candidate wish to change his employer then he has to pay 6000 US Dollar to the
US government.

 There are three types of I-797 from A to K.

(a) I-797A – If the candidate is already present in US and he is on visa other than H1B
then he is entitled to I797A.
(b) I-797B – If the candidate is present in his home country and he don’t have US Visa
then he is entitled to I-797B.
 (c) I-797C – When I-797A of a candidate has been approved and he is given approval
receipt and this approval receipt is known as a I-797C

 GC EAD( Green card processing visa)

(a) It is change of status from H1B to GC
(b) It is valid for 2 years
(c) The candidate can works for 40 hours or more with any employer.
(d) It is two types
(1) C09 – It is not valid for re-entry. Candidate can’t leave the US boundaries within
2 years.
(2) C09P – It is valid for re-entry. Candidate can leave the US boundaries for one
time within 2 years

 GC VISA
(a) It is valid for 10 years
(b) The candidate can works for 40 hours or more with any employer
(c) The candidate can vote in state elections but not in federal elections.

 USC (United States Citizenship)

(a) It can be filled only after being on GC Visa for at least 5 years.
(b) The candidate can works for 40 hours or more with any employer

 H4 VISA (Spouse Visa)

(a) It is not a working visa.
(b) It is valid for 3 years but still its validity depends on H1B validity.
(c) There is no extension.

 H4 EAD VISA (Spouse Working Visa)

(a) It is valid for 3 years.
(b) The candidate can works for 40 hours or more with any employer unlike H1B

 L1 VISA (Intra Company Transfer Visa)

If an employer transfers his employee from its home branch to US branch then L1 Visa is
provided to the candidates.

(a) It is valid for 5-8 years

(b) The candidate can’t change his employer in any case
(c) The candidate can works for 40 hours or more.
 L2 Visa (Spouse Visa)
(a) It is not a working visa.
(b) It is valid for 2 years.
(c) There is no extension.

 L2 EAD(Spouse Working Visa)

(a) It is a Spouse dependent Visa.
(b) It is given to the spouse of L1 Visa holders.
(c) It is valid for 2 years

These are staffing companies who work directly either with an implementation partner
or end client or both. They are also known as prime vendors.

(e) Direct Client –

Whom you are directly working with end client there is no implementation partner or

(2) In this candidate is on company’s payroll.
(3) Company pays all his taxes and other expenses and salary.
(4) In this we can hire all working visa except F1, H1B & L1 (because they already have an

(b) C2C
(1) It is indirect payment term between company and candidate.
(2) In this we deal with candidates through a third party.
(3) We are not liable to pay candidates salary, taxes or other expenses. All of these are paid
by third party.
(4) We can hire all the working visa provided they must have an employer

(c) 1099
(1) It is a individual payment term.
(2) In this candidate act as individual contractor.
(3) All the taxes and other expenses paid by candidate himself.
(4) We can hire only GC & USC.
