1. Objective
The purpose of this Policy and Procedure is to document the process of how to
check Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) training program in order for
the personnel to know and understands the rules, system and culture of the
Company so that they can check according to Oakwood Hotel & Residence
Surabaya’s standard.
Tujuan dari Kebijakan dan Prosedur ini adalah untuk
mendokumentasikan proses cara pemeriksaan program pelatihan Self
Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) agar personel mengetahui dan
memahami peraturan, sistem dan budaya Perusahaan sehingga dapat
melakukan pemeriksaan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Standar Oakwood
Hotel & Residence Surabaya.
2. Scope
This program applies for all new Security, who will join Oakwood Hotel &
Residence Surabaya.
Program ini berlaku untuk seluruh Security baru yang akan bergabung
di Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya.
3. Policy
This policy is to standardize all security officer and leader in order to always check
monthly properly.
Kebijakan ini untuk membakukan seluruh petugas keamanan dan
pimpinan agar selalu melakukan pengecekan bulanan dengan baik.

4. Procedure
a) Open the suitcase SCBA
Buka tas koper SCBA
b) Make sure the SCBA tube and hoses safe do not leaking
Pastikan SCBA tabung dan selang tidak bocor
c) make sure the face mask is tight when put on
Pastikan masker wajah kedap
d) To ensure the hose doesn't leak, close the main valve and make sure
there is air left in the hose
Untuk memastikan selang tidak bocor, tutup katup dan pastikan
masih ada sisa udara di selang
e) When checking the hose, make sure the needle remains in position and
does not go down
Saat mengecek selang, pastikan jarum tetap di posisi dan tidak
turun
f) After everything has been checked and confirmed to be safe, write it down
on the checklist
Setelah semuanya di periksa dan pastikan kondisi aman, catat di
cek list
g) But if at point 4.d there is a leak, then immediately report it to engineering
and there must be a repair or replacement
Tetapi jika di poin 4.d sudah bocor, segera lapor ke engineering
dan segera diperbaiki atau diganti
