On 10 January 2025 at about 1 p.m., Rempit was driving his car no. MAD3838 from Bukit Katil
heading towards Bukit Baru. He was speeding and upon reaching Leboh Ayeh Keroh in front
of McDonald’s, he tried to overtake a motor lorry no. MCC2828 driven by Clumsy. As Rempit
was overtaking the lorry, he encroached into the other lane at his right but collided with Ting
Tong’s motorcycle no. PMG1234 which was driving in that lane. As a result of the collision,
there was some damage to Ting Tong’s motorcycle and the front bumper of the car no.
MAD3838 . Ting Tong suffered from an internal rotation and extended position of the left
upper limb with a marked reduced range of movement compared to the right upper limb and
internally rotated shoulder with a pronated left elbow and left wrist held in flexion. Medical
expenses were incurred by Ting Tong when he was treated at the Pantai Specialist Hospital
Melaka. His family members bought him extra-nourishing food with the hope that he could
recover earlier. Ting Tong wants to claim compensation and appoints your legal firm to
represent him.
