INTRODUCTION
The first signs of established jewellery making in Ancient Egypt
was around 3 000- 5 000 years ago. The Egyptians preferred the
luxury, rarity and workability of gold over other metals. In
predynastic Egypt jewelery soon began to symbolise political
and religious power in the community. Although it was also
worn by wealthy Egyptians in life, it was also worn by them in
death with jewellry community placed among grave goods.
In conjunction with gold jewellery, Egyptians used glass, along
with semi precious germs. The colour of the jewellery had
significance green for example, symbolised fertility. Lapis lazali
and sliver had to be imported from beyond the country ‘s
borders
Egyptians designs were most common in Phoenician jewellery.
Also ancient Turkish design found in the Persian jewellery
suggest that trade between the middle east and Europe was
not uncommon. Women wore elaborate gold and sliver pieces
were used in ceremonies.
A necklace is an article of jewellery that is worn around the
neck. Necklace may have been one of the earliest types of
adornment worn by humans. They often serves ceremonial,
religious, magical purposes and are also used as symbols of
wealthy and status, given that they are commonly made of
precious stones and metals.
The main component of a bracelet bond, chain ,or cord that
wraps around the hand. These are most often rendered in
precious metals such as gold, sliver, and platinum. Bracelet
often have additional attachments suspended or inset into the
itself. They are made with many different types of materials
and are used for many things and sometimes classified as
clothing.
One of the main reasons women love jewellery is that it let’s
them express who they are. Jewellery can show off a woman’s
personality or simple pieces reflects her mood and fashion
sense.
Many more Americans die because of a lack of health
insurances than previously thought concludes a new state by
state study by Families USA , a non-profit organization that
advocates health care for all Americans.
More than 26 260 Americans aged 25 to 64 years died in 2006
because they lacked health care. More than twice as many as
we’re murdered Families USA said. In the seven years from
2000 to 2006 an estimated 162700 Americans died because of
lack of health care.
Families USA said ,”The number of uninsured Americans
reached 47 million in 2006 and it continues to rise. For many of
the uninsured, the lack of health insurance has dire
consequences. The uninsured face medical debts often go
without necessary care, and even die prematurely”.
Family USA reported it generated “the first ever state level
estimates of the number of deaths due to lack of health care”
Kim Bailey, senior health policy analyst of Families
USA said that state level reports were more useful in “getting
the message to people, because large national reports tend to
get lost in the weeds”.
Uninsured people are generally sicker and die earlier than
people who have health care, lack of insurances is the third
leading single cause of death among Americans aged 55 to 64
after heart disease and cancer , the organization said.
The percentage of uninsured people in each state Rangers
from 10% in Minnesota to 28% in Texas. However Ron Pollak
executive director of Families USA adviced against making
comparisons across states because differences in population
size and death rates.
Indigenous communities in the Amazon rainforest have long
struggled with limited access to medical care. In the 19th
century disease like malaria and yellow fever ravaged these
communities with many dying due to lack of medical attention.
The Rural Africa during the colonial era. Many communities
were forced to live in remote areas far from medical facilities.
This led to a significant increase in mortality rates, particularly
among women and children. In recent years, the issue of
limited access to health care in isolated areas has continued
to persistent. In 2019 a report by the World Health Organization
(WHO) found that approximately 400 million people World
wide lacked access to essential health services including
those living in the remote and rural areas.
-In 2018 a women in rural Kenya died in childbirth due to lack
of medical attention
-In 2019 a man in remote Alaska died from a health attack after
being unable to access medical care in time.
-In 2020 a child rural India died form a treatable illness due to
the lack if nearby medical facilities.
Emergency alerts system is a national public warning system
commonly used by state and local authorities to deliver
important emergency information such as weather and Amber
alerts to affected communities. It’s a primary purpose is to
ensure that critical information reaches affected populations
quickly accurately and reliably. We should have alerts for the
things in so far as we can fix, control about the alert could be
worse for us so they can take action

DISCUSSION
The Emergency Track Me Safety Response Bracelet is a
wearable device designed to enhance personal safety.
Equipped with real-time location tracking and a panic
button, it allows users to quickly send alerts to predefined
contacts, including family, friends, and authorities, in
emergency situations. This device could be particularly
beneficial for women, children, elderly individuals, and
people with disabilities, providing them with a sense of
security and empowerment.
By leveraging modern technology, the bracelet aims to
bridge the gap between individuals and emergency services,
ensuring timely assistance when needed. Its potential
impact lies in its ability to offer peace of mind to users and
their loved ones, knowing that help is just a button press
away. With the right implementation and support, such
devices can play a significant role in enhancing personal
safety and security.
LIMITATIONS AND ERRORS
The bracelet’s battery life may be limited, requiring
frequent recharging or replacement. The bracelet’s
signal strength may be affected by location,
surroundings, or interference from other devices. The
bracelet may trigger false alarms, wasting emergency
resources and causing unnecessary stress. The
bracelet’s alert system may experience delays or
failures, slowing down emergency response times.
The Emergency Track Me Safety Response Bracelet
might not work well if there aren’t enough resources.
Limited funding, lack of materials, and old technology
can affect how well the device works. This can make
it harder for the device to help people in emergency
