Terms and Conditions
1. The above prices are quoted in XOF
2. Delivery timeline: 04 weeks for Fibre construction and 02-03 weeks for Microwave installation
upon receipt of signed purchase order.

3. Important: The present offer excludes the customer LAN construction and associated Equipment.
4. Contract duration minimum: 01 year contract
5. The present offer is made prior to the site survey being conducted and might amended as per the conclusions of the survey.
6. Prices exclude civil works, pole or mast, as well as authorizations or permits; these may be required, and will be confirmed as a
result of the site survey and either charged separately or to be implemented directly by the Customer, based on technical specifications
that will be provided by inq.
7. Equipment, Installation and Commissioning Charges are to be paid at signing the agreement.
8. The first recurring charges are payable at the Service Activation Date.
9. All payments in USD; Invoices will be sent 15 days before the beginning of the month and are to be paid latest by the first day of the
month; Charges are to be paid monthly in advance.
10. These prices are valid for 60 days and are based on a negotiated and mutually acceptable set of commercial terms and conditions,
for a 01 year contract.
