Introduction: This installation guide is for installing AIMS Stress Free Trading System into

Metatrader 4 Online Trading Software/Platform. It is assumed that the use is familiar


with basic computer skills and how to use and modify MetaTrader 4 settings.

Step 1
Extract or Uncompress the files on to your Desktop or any other destination of
your choice.

 If you are using Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, or later your computer should
already be cable of extracting the contents of ZIP [Link]
 If you don't want to or can't install a program on your computer you can also
compress and uncompress files online.

Step 2
Copy and Paste

Now it’s time to copy and paste contents of each folder into relevant folders.

Note: Depending on your broker "MetaTrader4" Folder could have a different name.e.g Alpari UK
usually installs to C:\Programe Files > MetaTrader Alpari UK. You might be using different
platform/broker so you must find the relevant directory of your MetaTrader software.

The extracted folder should have the following folders inside. Open Folder Name
"AIMS Stress Free Trading V2" then open

Indicators Folder

Copy and Paste contents of this folder into the following location on your hard
drive.

My Computer > C:\ > Program Files > MetaTrader4 > experts > indicators (Paste
Here)

Templates Folder

Copy and Paste contents of this folder into the following location on your hard
drive.

My Computer > C:\ > Program Files > MetaTrader4 > Templates (Paste Here)

Sounds Folder

Copy and Paste contents of this folder into the following location on your hard
drive.

My Computer > C:\ > Program Files > MetaTrader4 > sounds (Paste Here)

Step 3
Restart MT4

After restarting your MT4 apply Template 1 or 2 on to your charts. You should
see a picture like below.
