Yogkarak

Yogakarakas are planets that grant fame,

honor, respect, financial success, political
achievements, and a good reputation. Any planet
can become a yogakaraka when it rules
specific houses jointly. The strength of this
effect depends on factors like Shadbalas,
connections, influences, and placement.

1. A planet owning both a Kendra (quadrant) and a

Trikona (trine) becomes a yogakaraka. This
situation applies only to Mars, Saturn, and Venus.
For instance, when Cancer or Leo is the
Ascendant:

Mars becomes a yogakaraka since it's the lord

of the 7th and 10th houses in relation to Cancer,
and the 4th and 9th houses in relation to Leo.

Saturn acts as a yogakaraka when Libra is the

Ascendant, as it rules the 4th and 5th houses,

When Taurus is the Ascendant, Saturn becomes

Yogkarak

2. A Rajayoga is formed when a kendra lord

(Kendradhipati) associates with a trikon lord
(Trikonadhipati). In such cases, the acting
yogakaraka is the one not adversely influenced
by other lordships (e.g., 3rd, 6th) or association
with lords of 3, 6, 8 houses. Notably, the
strongest Rajayoga arises from the conjunction
of the 9th and 10th lords. Powerful combinations
include lords of the 4th and 7th, 7th and 10th,
10th and 4th, 4th and 9th, 7th and 9th, and 10th
and 9th houses.

3. An exchange of places between the 9th and 10th

lords makes each capable of triggering a
Rajayoga. Similarly, if the 9th lord is in the 10th
house or the 10th lord is in the 9th house, a
Rajayoga manifests.

4. A Rajayoga is formed when the 9th and 10th

lords mutually aspect each other.
