About the Role:

We are seeking a highly independent, organized, and strategic Program Manager –


CEO Office to work closely with the CEO and drive high-impact business initiatives
while owning cross-functional projects. This role requires a proactive and detail-
oriented professional who can manage complex projects, collaborate with senior
leadership, and ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals.

The ideal candidate will have an execution-first attitude, strong planning and
organizing skills, excellent communication ability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-
paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Strategic Execution

 Formulate, own, and drive strategic projects, ensuring timely and high-quality
execution aligned with business objectives.
 Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to track,
manage, and report project progress.
 Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-
making.
 Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve them to
maintain momentum.
 Navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with structured decision-making
and minimal involvement of the CEO.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

 Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring smooth
communication and project alignment.
 Institutionalize structured reporting cadences focusing on impact and value
creation across business units.
 Follow up on key initiatives, track deliverables and deadlines with relevant
teams.
 Represent the CEO in meetings when required—document key takeaways and
action points, and summarize for the CEO.
 Build trust and strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment without
direct authority.

Business Operations & Process Optimization


 Identify and drive implementation of process improvements and operational
efficiencies across key functions.
 Coordinate and support leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategy
sessions.
 Implement tools, frameworks, and processes that enhance operational
excellence.
 Track and ensure timely execution of all critical action items and strategic
initiatives.
 Support data-driven decision-making through research, competitive analysis,
and actionable insights.
 Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Time Management & Prioritization

 Strategically manage the CEO's time and calendar, prioritizing high-impact


meetings and tasks.
 Structure the CEO's schedule to minimize context-switching and maximize
focus on high-value activities.
 Foster purposeful collaboration by ensuring meetings have clear objectives
and outcomes.

Key Competencies & Skills Required

 Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive


business matters.
 Execution-First Attitude: Strong sense of urgency and accountability; action-
oriented.
 Self-Starter & Problem Solver: Ability to work independently, with minimal
supervision, and solve complex problems.
 Program Management: Proficient in planning, execution, and monitoring of
cross-functional projects.
 Business Acumen: Understanding of IT product-based business models and
strategies.
 Strong Communication: Confident in working with senior executives and
diverse teams.
 Analytical & Data-Driven: Use data effectively to influence decisions and
optimize processes.
 Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and shift context without
compromising on accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience Required


 MBA from a reputed institute; Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
preferred.
 3–4 years of experience as a Generalist / Program Manager / CEO Office in
business operations or strategy, working directly with CxOs or senior
leadership.
 Prior experience in a SaaS or product-based company is a must.
 Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira,
[Link], etc.
 Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite.
