everyone must know. In today’s world, computers are necessary for education, jobs,
and daily life.

1. Understanding the Computer – A computer has hardware like monitor, keyboard,

mouse, CPU, and software like Windows or Linux. Learn the names and uses of these
parts.

2. Operating System Basics – Learn to start, shut down, and navigate your system.
Create folders, rename files, and manage documents.

3. Typing Skills – Practice typing without looking at the keyboard. Use simple
typing tutor tools to improve your speed.

4. MS Word – This software is used for creating documents, assignments, and

letters. Learn how to type, format, insert pictures, and save files.

5. MS Excel – Excel is useful for making tables, doing calculations, and creating
graphs. Learn simple formulas like addition, average, and percentage.

6. MS PowerPoint – For presentations in school, college, or office. Learn to create

slides, add pictures, and present them clearly.

7. Internet Basics – Learn to browse safely, use search engines like Google, and
send emails. Always check the source of information.

8. Online Safety – Use strong passwords, avoid clicking on unknown links, and don’t
share personal details online.

9. Cloud Storage – Services like Google Drive and OneDrive help you save files
safely and access them anywhere.

daily to learn something new.
