3 Role Overview Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and completion of
Technology projects, Cordinate with vendors, ensuring delivery on time and
within budget without compromising the quality of the deliverables.
Should possess strong leadership qualities
4 Role Description Requirement analysis:
Interaction with the business users and understand the requirement and
document the same.
Project planning:
Interact with the application vendor, check the feasibility, finalise the approach
and get sign off from the business team on the specifications. Prepare project
plan with time and resources.
Project execution:
Prepare and allocate tasks among the team, monitor the progress, project
communications, periodic review and stake holder update. Decide the mode of
production roll out and ensure seamless deployment.
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure the software meets the business requirements, user experience standards
and compliance requirements.
Post Implementation handover:
Transfer the know-how for maintenance of application to the support team and
ensure a smooth transition backed by proper documenation
5 Proficiency / Masters Degree. Preferred disciplines include:
Educational
Qualification Business Administration
Management Information System
Computer Science
Information Technology / Computer Applications
6 Certification Certifications in Software project management, scrum management by any
reputed organizations
7 Technical Skills Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello or Microsoft Project and communication &
documentation platforms
8 Other Preferences Knowledge of Banking related domains and excellent communication skill
9 Age Below 35 Years Below 30 Years
10 Professional Minimum 5 years of experience Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project
