Terms & Conditions :
1. GST @ 12 % will be paid by Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
2. Payment should be cleared in 10 days after bill generated .
3. Road Tax @ Rs 200 per seat per month will be paid by Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
4. Permit charges @ Rs 2400 /- Per Month , Insurance and vehicle related expenses will be paid
by Annapurna Travels .
5. For Vehicles , Diesel charges will be paid by Annapurna Travels but if price increases on the
current diesel price i.e. Rs 91.89 /- per litre , then difference will be paid by Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
( Vehicle Diesel Average will be for AC Bus @ 3KMPL and Non AC Bus @ 3.6 KMPL )
6. Extra km running will be charged on the Per km rate only .
7. Drivers Salary for 2 Drivers will be charged @ Rs 36,000 /- and Bus Helper Salary will be charged
@ 24,000 /- for 2 Helpers .
8. Toll Tax if charged , will be paid by Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.
