What are the reasons or what inspires you to want to become a part of Passionpreneur Mastermind? (Write in as
much detail as possible) *

I want to become a part of Passionpreneur Mastermind because I want to quit my monotonous 9-5 life, which is holding
me back from exiting my mediocre life and going on the fast track because it does not give me any financial or mental
freedom. I want to find out my passion because I have been a Headless Chicken/HLC for over 15 years without any
direction. I want to discover the reason why I was born on this planet. I want to build a mighty legacy among people for
centuries, which is possible by impacting millions of lives. I want to build a business that will serve the problem of
millions of people worldwide that I faced. Their happiness will add to my net worth and money will be a by-product. I
will be able to achieve all the dreams and aims I have. All these will be possible only if I join Passionpreneur Mastermind,
which will help me to become a PASSIONPRENEUR.

Why should you be shortlisted? (Write in as much detail as possible) *

I am strongly committed that I have to transform my life from the 9-5 life to a Passionpreneur because I am not
satisfied with 9-5 life, as it dismisses me from spending quality time with my close ones and weekends are no different
than weekdays. I have abandoned any fear that holds me back from becoming a PASSIONPRENEUR such as what will
people say, a lot of money will be spent etc. I have ignited my fire within and gathered the courage to take any massive
immediate action that is required for my commitment. If my potential is honed, I can surely become a
PASSIONPRENEUR.

What are the challenges you are currently facing in life? (Be honest and explain in detail) *

The challenge I face in life is that I am not paid according to the rigorous diligence I put in in my job. I work overtime due
to the extra file work under the pressure of my boss, yet I feel I am not paid accordingly. On top of that, I have a home
mortgage leaving me with mere peanuts and I cannot enjoy my life.

I enrolled on a digital marketing course by WeMakeCreators. I had a good experience when I learnt about the various
social media tools, but I could not well correlate with Affiliate Marketing, Network Marketing etc. as so I got incurious in
the course.

How much have you invested in your self-development till date? *

I had invested on myself by buying self-development books of influential authors such as Robert Kiyosaki, Napoleon Hill
etc. but I have not yet invested on any seminars or webinars yet.

How much time per week you can commit for your personal growth?*

I aim to commit 30-32 hours to my personal growth after giving all my leisure time spared after my job exploits me and
my time.

What is your ideal dream life that you want to build? How does it look like? (Feel free to elaborate)*

My ideal dream life would comprise as much quality time as I can with my family. I could travel to any place I want. No
pressure of leave application approval, no tension of office calls in vacation. I can select my remote office in any place.
Money deposition messages keep popping on my phone. When I walk through my village street, people feel proud that
I am from their village. I can work whenever I want, with no fixed schedule. My family, my parents, my community is
proud of me.

My goals in life are:

1. Start a business around my passion and become financially free within 3 years. Money flows to me easily.
2. Write a book within 2 years and become a founder of a magazine publishing company.
3. Travel 20 countries within 5 years
4. Become an inspiration to others.
5. Master 5 new Knowledge Zenith Age skills within 2 years.

What kind of transformation are you looking for ? *

I want to be born again in this world with a new version of myself. I want to be that ugly cocoon with can transform itself
into a beautiful butterfly. I have emptied my cup entirely with any previous perception and am ready to fill in myself
with lots of new knowledge, the knowledge I knew never before. After Passionpreneur Mastermind, I want to become a
person who will be able to find opportunities in every circumstance. I want to be able to manage everything correctly
and fix the haphazard jigsaw blocks in my life. I want to be able to deeply scrutinize my hidden potential. I will be

What is the first thing you do when you want to find some answers to technical things like 'how to create FB
page, etc'? *

If I find the answer about a technical thing as mentioned above, I first try it out myself as prescribed by
Google/YouTube. Then make a note of it in my diary so that I can scroll through it to find my answer. I have made a
WhatsApp group by first adding a person and then removing her, making me alone in the group. I then share it in the
group, to celebrate that I learnt a new thing.
