Reading: "A Day at the Beach"

Last summer, my family and I went to the beach. The weather was sunny, and the waves were
perfect for swimming. My brother and I were excited to build sandcastles, while our parents
were relaxing under a big umbrella. The seagulls were flying overhead, and the ocean was so
blue! It was the best day of our vacation.

In the afternoon, we decided to have a picnic. The sandwiches were delicious, and the fruit
was fresh. My mom was happy because we all helped clean up afterward. Some kids nearby
were playing volleyball, and their laughter was contagious. Even our dog, Max, was enjoying
the day by running along the shore.

Before leaving, we took a group photo. The sunset was beautiful, with orange and pink colors
in the sky. We were tired but very happy. That day at the beach was unforgettable, and we still
talk about it often!
