Since I am a freshman here I'm still not totally sure how to navigate the library so it was nice to have this. I also thought it was interesting to get some insights from the speaker. I took a teaching class last semester that talked briefly about this. It was nice to get some more information Talking about picking reliable sources about finding useful sights. I know in previous projects for our projects I have done I've been thrown off and wasted time on some useless sights. New way of doing research that I'm not accustomed to. FAQI sheets in the library first 3 Its a lot better than keeping note cards. I like it as an organizational tool. I found some useful sources Sounded a lot more complex then I thought it was going Learning about characteristics and to be. Dr. Sherry explained it all pretty well. A lot of it is criteria and how to derive from really just what makes it stand out and what they have examples in common with other genres like them. Going over the example genres we The examples were helpful so that I now know what to picked out. one was the professional do for future reference with the genres. 3/23/1 Did our first literature circle 2
I had a mix up in the mail and didn't get my book yet. People in my group filled me in about the chapters and we just talked about our general thoughts on the book. I'm pretty excited to read about it.
I put a lot of work into my ad and I got a lot of positive 3/26/ Did genre 3 peer review today. I feedback plus some tips on what I could do to make it even 12 did an ad which I'm proud of better. Ill take the information and update my genre accordingly. I had to read 6 chapter which was like half of the book but I 3/30/ enjoyed doing it. Everyone in the group admires Lance and Literature circle 3 12 learning about his back story. The title really is true his life it's all about his bike. 4/09/ Did our genre 5 review today I found the feedback very helpful and really helpful because I 12 which I did on obituary. wasn't to sure how I should write an arbitrary. Was relieved we only had to read 2 chapters this week. Today 4/13/ Last literature circle we went into other groups and informed about our books. I 12 felt I did a good job overall. 4/16/ Good some good feedback on my portfolio synthesis, mostly Peer review on our portfolio 12 grammar errors again. synthesis 4/18/ Did our Gallery Walk today 12 Feedback was all positive and saw some good projects I'm pretty excited to hear others presentations.
