● Strong Fundamentals in Programming: You have a solid grasp of core programming
principles, object-oriented design and algos (how to apply them in real-world systems.)
● Hands-On with Systems & Networks: You’re fluent in the language of Linux terminals,
understand how systems communicate, and are comfortable navigating networks, VPCs,
IPs, and firewalls.
● Fluency in Code & Scripting: Be it Python, Java, C++, or Bash—you’re confident in writing &
reading code. You’re familiar with SQL queries or spinning up quick automation scripts.
● Cloud-Curious & Cloud-Ready: You’ve explored cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and
understand the fundamentals of cloud-native architecture, from compute to storage to
networking.
● An Analytical Problem Solver: You break down problems systematically, think critically
under pressure, and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
● A Proven Team Player: You know how to listen, collaborate, and bring out the best in those
around you—because you believe great platforms are never built alone.
● Infrastructure-Savvy (Good to have) : Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and
basics of databases, ETL pipelines, and multi-tier web applications.
● Prompt Engineering (Foundational): You have a basic understanding of how to craft clear
and effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT or Gemini. Willingness
to experiment with different prompt styles to improve accuracy, relevance, and alignment
with user needs or business goals.
● Agentic Thinking (Beginner-level): You can demonstrates a proactive and problem-solving
mindset. Able to take ownership of tasks, explore AI tools independently, and contribute
ideas or improvements using generative AI capabilities in a structured way.
