THE BEAUTYFUL JUSTICE

In the small town of Fairview, a notable mansion owned by the wealthy family in
town–the Smith family drew and captivated the people’s attention. The family was once
lovely, complete and happy, until a tragedy happened. On 25th May, 2025, a car
accident took place where Mr. and Mrs. Smith died in the accident while living alone
their two daughters, Ms. Jane and Ms. Jes. The news had shaken the community in
town to its core. It was uneasy to Jane and Jes, they often had a conflict after the
accident not because of their situation but because of the inheritance. One day, after 40
days before the tragedy, an unexpected accident occurred inside the mansion of the
Smith family. It was not just an accident–it’s a crime which created gossip and
speculation among the citizens of the town. The investigation went on and Lea–one of
the maids accused of the crime. Lea knows she is not guilty and innocent. Who knows
she is lying and the truth behind the crime shaken in the town. Until new evidence has
been found, justified the offense. Did Lea commit the crime? Would justice be served?

Scene 1: Jane’s House/Mansion

Narrator In the small town of Fairview, there is a breathtaking
mansion drawing attention to the whole town owned by the
Smith family. The family was once lovely, complete and
happy, until a tragedy happened. On 25th May, 2025, a car
Divine Grace Barrios accident took place where Mr. and Mrs. Smith died in the
accident, living alone their two daughters, Ms. Jane and Ms.
Jes. The news had shaken the community in town to its
core. It was uneasy to Jane and Jes, they often had a
conflict after the accident not because of their situation but
because of the inheritance. One day, after 40 days before
the tragedy, an unexpected accident occurred inside the
mansion of the Smith family.

Ms. Jane Smith **a loud crash heard from the kitchen**
(Jane went to check where the sound went and saw her
sister lying on the floor and with her mouth foaming.)

Ahh! My sister. Jes, what happened? Who did that to you?

Aling Beah! Aling Beah! Call 911, fast!
Pamela Joy Saclet
3

Mrs. Beah Gonzales What happened ma’am?

(called 911 and asked to immediately come to the mansion.)

Hello 911? We need your help here, my boss found lying

here, unconscious, and her mouth is foaming.
Mary Christy Aban
(nervous)

Narrator **ambulance sounds**

Jes found deceased in their living room. Jane wasn't

convinced that her sister died with just an accident so she
called the police for investigation and wanted to find out who
killed her sister. The doctor said the cause of her death was
due to a lethal substance contained on its beverage.

All the people who worked in the mansion were involved in

the investigation. The police found out in the CCTV that
before the accident one of the maids came out from the
living room and after that the CCTV went all black. The
police hold their evidence and tell Jane what they saw on the
Divine Grace Barrios cameras.

Police Ma'am we found out that one of your maids was at the crime
scene before the accident happened. Here’s the evidence
ma’am.

Aljhur Halayahay **Suspense Music**

(showing the CCTV footage)

Ms. Jane Smith How dare that maid! Arrest her now! I gave you a job and I
trusted you but why did you kill my sister? Why Lea?!

(shouting/pointing at Lea)
Pamela Joy Saclet

Ms. Lea Rodriguez Ma'am, I didn't do anything. I don't know what happened, I
swear I didn't do anything and I will not do anything to harm
you and your sister.
Lyka Edradan

Ms. Jane Smith I will not believe what you say. Sir, please arrest her now!
4

Pamela Joy Saclet (shouting and pointing Lea)

Narrator The police handcuff Lea's hands and she was still confused
why she's been arrested because she knows she is not
guilty.
At the police station Lea was in jail, meanwhile, the case
Divine Grace Barrios was under investigation.

Scene 2: A court room. The judge, prosecutor, defense attorney, defendant, jury
foreman, and bailiff are present.
Narrator The news soon spread in the whole town creating a lot of
gossip and rumors about the murder. Who would have
thought that inside the gorgeous and elegant mansion would
be filled with bitter events. After days of investigation the
court hiring begins where the judge, prosecutor, defense
attorney, defendant, jury foreman, and the bailiff are present.
Divine Grace Barrios

Judge Order in the court! This court is now in session. The case
before us is the murder of Jes Smith, found deceased in their
living room. Leah, the maid, stands accused. Prosecution,
please proceed.

Rhudora Turla (banging the gavel)

Prosecutor Thank you, your honor. Leah, on the day of 15th April, 2025,
you were found in the CCTV footage coming out of the living
room after it lost its connection. Fingerprint analysis confirms
your prints on the tea cup found near the victim, Ms. Jane's
sister. Toxicology reports confirm the tea contained lethal
substance, and testimony suggests you prepared the
Jade Pacurza beverage.

Defense Attorney Objection, your Honor. Those are circumstantial. My client

has an alibi.

(standing)
Ann Chariz Nalogoc

Judge Overruled. Continue, Prosecution.

Rhudora Turla
5

Prosecutor Jane Smith, the victim's sister, testified Lea was the one who
left in the living room. We believe Lea's motive stemmed
from resentment.
Jade Pacurza

Ms. Lea Rodriguez No, I didn't have resentment! I was framed!

(tearfully)
Lyka Edradan

Defense Attorney Jane Smith has a motive herself. Perhaps the court should
consider other suspects.
Ann Chariz Nalogoc (standing)

Judge Note the defense's suggestion. Leah, how do you plead?

(said to the jury)

Rhudora Turla

Ms. Lea Rodriguez Not guiltly, your honor.

Lyka Edradan

Ms. Jane Smith Liar! You’re the one who murder my sister! You're a murder
you should go to hell!
Pamela Joy Saclet

Judge Order in the court!

Rhudora Turla (knock the gavel)

Jury Foreman We've reached a verdict.

Mary Rose Gacita (after deliberation)

Judge Guilty. Leah, you're sentenced to life in prison.

Rhudora Turla (banging the gavel)

Ms. Lea Rodriguez I’m innocent…

Lyka Edradan (tearfully)

Narrator Meanwhile, Jane smiles discreetly, confident in her

deception.
Divine Grace Barrios

Ms. Lea Rodriguez This can't be… I’m innocent!...

Lyka Edradan (tearfully)
6

Bailiff (escorted Lea out of the courtroom)

Aljhur Halayahay

Ms. Lea Rodriguez No! She framed me!

Lyka Edradan (struggling in the police’s grasp while crying)

Scene 3: Months Later… (On the Courtroom)

New Investigation: Evidence reveals Jane's guilt. She poisoned her sister's tea.
Narrator Months later, on a new trial. A new investigation has
lightened up in the case. New evidence has been found after
the investigation inside Jane’s mansion where the police
found a box containing a lethal substance inside Jane’s room
which they concluded was Jane's possession and used in
Divine Grace Barrios the crime committed.

Prosecutor Jane, where were you when the crime happened?

Jade Pacurza

Ms. Jane Smith I was in the kitchen that time, your honor.
Pamela Joy Saclet

Ms. Jane Smith Yes, your honor.

Pamela Joy Saclet

Court Reporter (typing rapidly all the information)

May Solis

Prosecutor Thank you, Jane. You may go back to your seat. The state
calls Mrs. Beah- Jane Smith’s maid who will testify at the
Jade Pacurza scene before the crime happened.

Bailiff (escorted Beah to the witness stand/box)

Aljhur Halayahay

Prosecutor Beah, can you tell us the scene before the crime happened.
Jade Pacurza

Mrs. Beah Gonzales Your honor, before the crime happened, Ms. Jane and her
sister had a conflict and they often had arguments, shouting
Mary Christy Aban to each other and sometimes didn't have meals together.
7

Judge (whisper to the jury foreman)

Rhudora Turla

Jury Foreman We reached a verdict.

Mary Christy Aban (after deliberation)

Judge Jane Smith, you're accused of murdering your sister. The

Rhudora Turla evidence against you is overwhelming.

Ms. Jane Smith I didn't mean to, your honor..

Pamela Joy Saclet (sheviring)

*flashback*
(Jane put a lethal substance in her sister cup after Lea’s
gone while her sister was in her room)

Narrator It turns out that Ms. Jane Smith committed the crime and
framed Lea to cover her wrongdoing. She put a lethal
substance in the cup of her sister when no one is in the area
and she is also the person behind the CCTV connection lost.

Ms. Jane Smith It’s all her fault! If she hadn't been so tight-fisted about giving
me my 70% share of the inheritance, things might have gone
differently. But she's so stubborn, and now look what
happened, haha!
Pamela Joy Saclet (tearfully)

Judge You're sentenced to life in prison for the murder of your

sister. Lea is not guilty.

(banging the gavel)

Rhudora Turla

Bailiff (escorted Jane out of the room)

Aljhur Halayahay

(happily)
Lyka Edradan

Mrs. Beah Gonzales I knew it Lea, you are innocent, I’m so happy for you.
(hugging Lea cheerfully)
