Gentle Study Routine Journal
For an 18-year-old Accountancy student (Pisces | INTP-T | With Depression)
■■ Weekday Study Routine (Monday to Friday)
■ 5:30–6:30 AM — Wake-up & Gentle Prep
• Avoid phone first thing. • Wash face, stretch, drink water/tea. • Listen to soft music,
morning affirmations. • Light breakfast. • Outfit ready the night before to reduce stress.
■ “I don’t need to feel perfect to show up.”
■ 6:30–7:30 AM — Commute + Passive Study
• Listen to Accounting podcast, YouTube summaries, or use Anki flashcards. • Or
meditate/silence if you’re mentally overwhelmed.
■ 8:00 AM–12:00 PM — Class Hours
• Take brief bullet-point notes, focus on concepts, not memorization. • Mark confusing
parts to review later.
■ 12:00–1:00 PM — Commute Home + Light Snack
• Eat something soft and energizing (oatmeal, rice meal, fruit, smoothie).
■ 1:00–2:30 PM — Power Nap or Mental Reset
• A nap or lying down with relaxing sounds helps. • It’s not laziness—it’s recovery.
■ 2:30–4:00 PM — Focused Study Block
• Lightly review 1–2 subjects (only 1 if energy is low). • Prioritize: Accounting problems,
Business Math, Journal entries.
■ INTPs retain better through understanding patterns, not memorizing lists.
■ 4:00–5:00 PM — Break + Reset
• Take a walk, listen to a song, message a friend, or sketch/doodle.
■ 5:00–6:00 PM — Soft Study / Homework / Flashcards
• Rewriting notes, making mind maps, reviewing key formulas.
■■ 6:00–7:00 PM — Dinner & Family Time
• Try to unplug from screens. • Journal or write '3 things I did today'.
■ 7:00–8:00 PM — Night Prep + Light Reading
• Read a finance article, practice mental math. • Set clothes & bag for tomorrow.
■ 8:00–9:00 PM — Wind Down
• Sleep playlist or guided meditation. • Pisces need emotional release: cry, pray, journal.
■ “Even if I only learned one thing today, it matters.”

■ Encouragement for You

and that’s brave. • You don’t need to do everything. Just something. • You are not behind.
You are learning in your own rhythm.
