R&D analysts act as important gatekeepers for research quality, ensuring that all submissions

follow institutional requirements. Their tasks include evaluating submitted research for
correctness, logical organization, and adherence to conventional research techniques.
- Giving researchers constructive input to improve clarity, coherence, and overall quality.
- Managing material to guarantee ethical compliance, originality, and correct citations.
- Making research consistent with corporate norms and regulatory frameworks.
Their mission is to guarantee that all research contributions are refined and polished before final
approval while maintaining a high level of academic and professional integrity.

Article 1: Structuring Research Submissions

- Research must be formatted into paragraphs only; numbered sections or lists are not
allowed.
- The use of colons (":") is strictly forbidden and must be removed wherever found.
Article 2: Language & Grammar Review
- Analysts must carefully review grammar and language to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Any grammatical errors or awkward phrasing must be corrected before approval.
Article 3: Reference Formatting
- References must follow APA format and be properly structured.
- References should be placed on a new page in the middle of the document, with a space
between each reference and its link.
Article 4: Standardized Research Template
- All research must be copied into the official Innovathrive Research Standard Template to
maintain consistency.
Article 5: Verification of Research Accuracy
- Analysts must confirm the accuracy of all information included in the research.
- References must be checked for credibility and correctness before approval.
Article 6: AI Usage & Human Revision
- Analysts must check the AI-generated content level of each research paper.
- If AI content exceeds 40%, the Head of the Research Reviewing Department must be
informed at least three days before the deadline.
- Researchers must paraphrase AI-generated content using trusted tools to ensure that the
research is humanly written and properly refined.
Article 7: Formatting Standards
- The title and author must be placed on top of each other, with no space between them.
- A paragraph must have a single bolded title, with space between the title and paragraph.
- Each paragraph must have added space at the beginning for readability.
- The font must always be Times New Roman, size 12 for uniformity.
- Only black text is permitted—no other colors are allowed.

format.
Article 8: Logical Organization of Research

Article 9: Ethical Compliance

- Analysts must remove any content that violates ethical standards.
Article 10: Reference Placement & Spacing
- References must be placed on a separate page in the middle of the document.
- A space must be added between each reference and its link for clarity.
Article 11: Consistency Checks in Research Submissions
- Analysts must ensure uniform terminology throughout the research document, avoiding
inconsistencies in key terms, abbreviations, and definitions.
- Analysts must cross-check research content for logical coherence, making sure arguments
flow smoothly and references align with the stated findings.
- Any inconsistencies detected must be corrected or flagged for revision, ensuring the final
submission adheres to professional research standards.
Article 12: Task Assignment & Communication
- R&D Analysts must actively check Discord for assigned tasks instead of relying on the
Head of the Research Reviewing Committee to notify them.
- They must confirm receipt of tasks and track their assignments independently.
Article 13: Deadline Compliance
- Analysts must strictly adhere to deadlines and submit their work on or before the
assigned due date.
- If additional time is needed to complete a task, they must inform the Head at least 24
hours before the deadline to request an extension.
Article 14: Adherence to Guidelines

- Any instructions or notes provided by the Head of the Research Reviewing Committee
must be followed without exception to ensure consistency and accuracy in research
moderation.
Article 15: Professional Conduct
- R&D Analysts must maintain professional behavior in all interactions and
communications within their department.
- They are expected to treat their superiors with respect, ensuring a productive and
cooperative work environment.
Article 16: Conflict Resolution & Issue Reporting
- If an R&D Analyst encounters any problem while working on a research task, they must
immediately inform the Head of the Research Reviewing Committee.
- Analysts should provide a clear explanation of the issue, ensuring the Head has all the
necessary details to assist effectively.
- Delays in reporting issues may affect deadlines, so concerns should be raised as soon as
they arise.
Article 17: Volunteering Responsibilities & Meeting Attendance
- R&D Analysts must fill out their volunteering sheet before the end of each month to
ensure proper documentation of their contributions.
- They are responsible for checking the volunteering group regularly for reminders
regarding submission deadlines.
- If the Head of the Research Reviewing Committee schedules a meeting, attendance is
mandatory, and analysts are expected to participate actively.
- Failure to complete volunteering documentation or attend scheduled meetings may
impact workflow efficiency and overall team coordination.
