Psychology Internship Report


During my internship in industrial and organizational psychology, I had the opportunity
to gain valuable insights and practical experience in various areas. The internship
provided me with the chance to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world organizational
settings and develop essential skills in the field.

Internship Overview
 I was involved in conducting job analysis and designing selection procedures to assist in
the recruitment process.
 Participated in employee training and development programs, gaining hands-on
experience in assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
 Contributed to organizational development initiatives, including change management
and organizational culture assessments.
Key Learnings
 Job Analysis: I learned how to conduct job analysis through interviews, observation,
and analysis of job tasks and responsibilities. This helped in understanding the
