pairs through comic strips.

The students will be divided into four groups.
The teacher will present an ineffective phone call using a PowerPoint
slide.

Each group will create a revised version, making the phone call effective
through proper opening, turn-taking, and closing.
After the revision, one representative from each group will present their
improved conversation to the class.

The students will be divided into four groups.
Each group will create a conversation script for a phone call, ensuring it
includes an effective opening, turn-taking, and proper closing.
Groups will act out their phone call scripts in front of the class.
One representative from each group will explain the choices they made
in their script, such as how they structured the opening, turn-taking, and
closing.
