Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Ananya Nitin Zode, a student of [Link] in Electronics(EE-2024).

I would like to bring to your kind attention that I had paid an amount of
₹1,30,435 to the college on 21st September 2024 in order to obtain my
Provisional Degree Certificate, as I had secured a placement in
LTIMindtree.

At that time, I had not received my scholarship funds. However, I have


now received confirmation that the scholarship amount has been
successfully transferred to the college.

Therefore, I kindly request you to initiate the process of refunding the


amount of ₹1,30,435 to my bank account. I am attaching the necessary
documents, including the payment receipt and proof of scholarship
transfer, for your reference.

I shall be highly obliged for your kind support and prompt action in this
matter.
