📢 SCRIPT: “The Impact of E-Waste on Our

Environment”
Good morning everyone,
Today I’m going to talk about The Impact of E-Waste
on Our Environment.
First of all, what is E-Waste?
E-waste, or electronic waste, includes discarded
electronic devices like mobile phones, TVs, laptops,
batteries, and more.
With technology changing so fast, many devices are
quickly becoming outdated — and this creates a growing
amount of e-waste.
Now, why is e-waste harmful?
It contains toxic substances such as lead, mercury, and
cadmium.
These can pollute the soil, water, and air, and even
cause serious health issues like cancer or brain damage
if not handled properly.
Talking about environmental impact —
When e-waste is dumped or burned, these harmful
chemicals contaminate the environment, harming
wildlife and human life.
It’s a silent but dangerous threat to our planet.
So, what can we do to reduce e-waste?
 First, buy only what you really need.
 Repair or donate old but working gadgets.
 Recycle through authorized centers — not just throw
them away.

In conclusion —
We all have a role to play. By being responsible in how
we use and dispose of electronics,
we can help protect our environment.
Let’s work together to turn e-waste into a resource, not
a problem.
Thank you!
