5:30 AM: I comb my daughter's hair and get her ready for school.
5:45 AM: I drive her to school.

Home Routine:

6:15 AM - 7:00 AM: I participate in personal exercise sessions at home.


7:10 AM: I prepare a nutritious breakfast.
8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: I clean the house.
10:10 AM - 11:30 AM: I prepare a nutritious lunch. 11:45 AM: I pick up my daughter
from school.
12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: I serve lunch, then we eat and take a short break.
