In the exigency of the service you are hereby designated as SCHOOL ICT
COORDINATOR as defined by DepEd Order 005 s. 2024 in the accomplishment of School
Improvement Plan (SIP) without additional compensation effective School Year 2025-2026
and until sooner revoked. This is an add-on designation in your concurrent capacity as
Teacher Il.

You are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities attached to you
designation and such other related function as may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate integration of ICT tools into classroom teaching and learning.


2. Assist teachers and students in the effective use of digital platforms and
educational software.
3. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of ICT infrastructure
(computers, smart boards, projectors, etc.).
4. Coordinate digital literacy initiatives and ICT training programs for teachers.
5. Monitor and promote safe, ethical, and responsible use of technology in school.
6. Support the school's digital record-keeping, data management, and
communication platforms.
7. Does related work.
