SOLUTION
When I find myself in trouble, facing a serious problem, I experience a lot of stress. A
part of me just wants to run away from the problem and simply avoid dealing with it. I
feel worried, angry, and edgy. But then I try to calm myself down by taking deep
breaths. I prepare myself mentally to boldly overcome the obstacle and move forward
again.
