General Writing Features (for all texts):


✅ Purpose – Why is the text being written? (To inform, persuade, entertain,
etc.)
✅ Audience – Who is reading it? (Formal/informal tone)
✅ Structure – Clear organization with paragraphs, headings, or sections.
✅ Language Features:
 Direct address (e.g., “You can help!”)
 Imperatives (e.g., “Join now!”, “Don’t miss out!”)
 Adjectives & Adverbs (to make writing more engaging)
 Rhetorical questions (e.g., “Did you know…?”)
 Facts & Statistics (to support points)
 Persuasive language (if needed: “The best choice for you!”)

1. Leaflet (Informative & Persuasive)


📝 Structure:
 Title (catchy & clear)
 Subheadings for sections
 Bullet points or short paragraphs
 Contact details (if relevant)
✍️Language Features:
 Direct address (e.g., “Find out how YOU can help”)
 Imperatives (e.g., “Sign up today!”)
 Persuasive adjectives (e.g., “exciting opportunity”)
 Short, clear sentences (easy to read)

2. News Article (Formal & Informative)


📰 Structure:
