With reference to the above, the Given samples of Reinforcement Steel Bars (8mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 16 mm & 20
mm) TMT Fe-500 (Jindal Panther Make) has been tested for the Nominal Weight, Proof Strength, Tensile strength
and Percentage Elongation as per IS 1786. Test results are given in the following tables.

INTERPRETATIONS: A total number of 5 samples (each 3 piece) of steel reinforcement bars are tested in a
displacement controlled universal testing machine as per prevailing Indian Standards. Interpretations of the test
results shall be made considering the requirement of any specific purpose.
