Dear Mayor Rendon,

Good day! I am humbly submitting an application for a scholarship grant of the


Municipality of Amulung. I am Floyd Jan Martinez, a Casingsingan Sur, Amulung,
Cagayan resident, and currently enrolled in Grade 11 at the STEM strand of
Cordova National High School.

As a committed student and hard-working individual, I respectfully request


financial aid to help finance my education. My parents are doing everything they
can to give me what I need, but the cost of education has become increasingly
difficult.

With this scholarship, I plan to pursue my studies uninterrupted and with more
emphasis on being an academic achiever. I am willing to abide by any conditions
required and I am also bound to keep good grades and be a diligent student.

Thank you very much for your precious time and generosity in considering me.
