I-Identify a learning objective for the project and explain how a personal interest led to that objective

Since i was a child I've been obsessed with sport because my big brother is a boxer , he is the reason that
i am addicted to fitness, one year ago I've been bullied by someone and that fact pushed me to be
interested more and more to strength and bodybuilding, I've chosen the gym because it's the most place
that i feel belonging to

I’ve started going to the gym and I've started learning everything about bodybuilding because of a lot of
popular bodybuilders that i follow on the internet like TheTrenTwins and Sam Sulek and Ronnie
Coleman. While I was training, I saw a lot of people in the gym that don't know the exercises either how
to train and eat properly, so for that reason I've wanted to help people to improve their lives by
improving their physiques and health.

My learning objective for this project is upgrade my learning autonomy:

- to improve my skills in research (how to create a website and how to develop my knowledge)

- to help people who they’re knowledge about bodybuilding are very limited (give them appropriate
week plans and show them exercises that are needed to improve any specific muscle) ,; to provide
information and to provide the recent and the best equipment and food supplements that is needed for
bodybuilding,

- I would like to learn more in design (Web Designing), computer science (learn how to create a website
and how to design it properly and organized in a simple way) and fitness (which has many topics like
genetics, Nutrition, Biomechanics and anatomy)

Those skills will help me to create my product which is a website that helps people to be fit and have a
healthy lifestyle. that talks about the world of bodybuilding

Ergonomic My website called “WikiForFit” has a clean design
to the world of bodybuilding, inspired by

To get a strong visual identity, I've chosen a

simple color scheme. Like “Red”, “Black” and

The choice of a proper font for the use of text is a

very important thing for design, for that I've

choose the latest version of font called “Serif” it

is very popular for the creations of websites and

also the best for it because of he’s clarity when

reading texts on the screen.

Logo:

The logo is important for my visual identity. It is

also a memoizable element by his aesthetic

aspect; for that I have clearly defined the

characteristics that my logo must meet:

To build the logo of my website, I've chose the

application called “Canva”, that purpose dozens

of free logos; the generator Canva provides all

the ingredients that I need to create my logo for

free, quickly and easily

The footer: it’s an essential part for the

experience of the user.

Social Media can facilitate the communication
between companies and their guests, for that I've

my website

Accessibility: my website is enabled and

accessible by all researche engines. For example

platforms (Computers, phones, tablets, and all...)

My contents should not have information or

My website needs to be secured, without having
any type of adds or viruses that risks damaging

1. How I applied specific skills to learning approaches to achieve my learning
goal:
My research skills:
My learning goal is to improve my computer skills by creating a website that teaches people how to
build a nice physique and how to be healthy. To achieve that I need to learn how to create a website,
then I will have to customize it and then I must fill the site with content. That’s why I developed my
research skills, because to create a programmer of teaching and learning about improving body health, I
had to acquire much more information about the bodybuilding:

So, I need to know:

What is a static website?

What are the exercises needed to improve each muscle group?

How to create a website?

How does the site work?

How can I customize my site?

So, I had to consult several resources to be able to create the site in the fastest and most suitable way
for the visitor, then I asked for help from a Specialist who was able to help and guide me in this
Domaine, and I watched a lot of videos on YouTube: including tutorials that explain all the steps to
create a website.

2. How I applied specific skills to learning approaches to achieve my product:

-Communication skills:
So that the explanations I am trying to give are clear and understandable, I had to do of my site a clear
landmark that goes straight to the point with detailed explanations, however easy to understand and
accessible to anyone. For that I chose to do a complete guide about every muscle group with pictures
and videos to explain it completely, which made the site much more convenient and understandable
and information will be organized step by step. And to succeed in the skills of communication my site
will contain a contact page that will allow visitors to communicate with me effectively and respond to
these challenges live. Because it is essential to have a where visitors can find my contact information
such as email address number and position.

3-explain how the specific competency(s) for learning approaches have

were applied to realize the product:
Self-management skills:

For the good realization of my product, I should devote time and organize its different stages.
At the beginning of my project, I was stressed and felt overwhelmed, especially as I approached
exam periods. During my work, this feeling increased but I managed to respect the time
requested I got organized, despite my busy job; I still managed to dedicate sufficient time for
research and reformulation of ideas and refinement of design. Not forgetting the consultation
with my supervisor who has always been of great help to me and my specialist advisor in the IT
field that helped me customize my product. My detailed action plan helped me and motivated
me to give it my all

-To achieve optimal level of self-management skills, I decided to create a schedule rigorous
weekly that will allow me to better organize my time and respect the commitments I have
made to myself. This schedule will be applied weekly and maximize my productivity by focusing
on the most important and challenging tasks. It will also allow me to meet the deadlines, by
avoiding delays and oversights. In addition, this schedule will allow me to set goals and give me
the means to reach them. This self-management method will allow me to be more responsible.

Critical and creative thinking and transfer skills:

At the beginning of my product, I had a clear and precise vision of what I wanted to achieve.
However, I was aware of the obstacles that might stand in my way. I used my
critical thinking skills to overcome them. I continued to learn and improve to
be ready to face any challenge. This allowed me to pursue my goal with confidence. Objective
targeted: fully understand the basics of Bodybuilding by objectively evaluating my product
for the realization of a site with a very beautiful structure. To progress and improve I visited full
of sites, watch videos of many YouTubers specialists in this field. So, I acquired
creative thinking skills, but I’ve always felt I needed improvement.
Hence my rush on the comments and opinions of my friends as well as the observations how
much
benefits of my supervisor. Here’s one thing I’ve improved with this skill I have
successfully put into practice.

Criterion C: reflection
I: explain the effects of the project on myself and my learning:
When I started this project, I set specific learning goals that I think they achieved: I learned to
evaluate the sources and how to quote them and to search and vary my sources, then evaluate
them. And thanks to our permanent teacher she explained the APA and MLA standard format
to present the sources well. Thanks to my success at this skill, I learned to manage my time, my
stress and do several things at once, making activities as hobbies. I understood that it was a
matter of organization. Of course, I improved my computer skills. I now know how to create
and customize websites, create a background and make effects accessible. And finally, I
achieved my goal by understanding all the details and secrets of the drop shipping. Thanks to
research and book9 that taught me the basics of e-commerce, I understood how to explain
drop shipping to make a better guide.
Moreover, during the realization of my project, I developed several qualities of the profile of
the IB learner as reflected; indeed, I encountered several difficulties in terms organization of my
site, and I did not want to imitate the themes of designate other sites so I too thought through
without taking anyone’s help and it was the hardest step in my product and I succeeded to do
it. On the other hand, I was sensible in trying to make different forms of my site in terms of
designates with different colors and photos. So, I showed imagination by choosing the best
theme. I also listened to the opinion of everyone around me to retouch my site to improve my
skills. I will seek to become an even better selfless guide in the future. The research part was a
challenge for me. I had to read again and again, and I always was afraid of not knowing enough.
In addition, on the internet, there is a lot of information about the world of fitness and
bodybuilding, and I had to sort through what I was reading, not get lost in my readings and
choose what was necessary for my learning goal and product. This project allowed me to realize
what working under pressure means and it will have been a beautiful experience, nonetheless.

that emphasizes customer satisfaction. Indeed, the design of the site is clean and professional,
and it is made expressly so that we focus more on the programs of training presented on the
site.

The choice of colors:

The chosen color palettes offer my website an opportunity to be much more visible on the
Internet. Indeed, they help convey a message and define an identity in the image of my brand.

Typography:
In cases where text appears, it is important to spend time choosing the typography used on the
website. The choice of font is often complicated, even frustrating, certainly. Leaning or straight
writing, in bold or end, in upper or lower case, in manuscript or not? All these issues need to be
addressed and a lot of things need to be tried before finding the ideal. After consulting several
opinions, I finally opted for a font with Serif present ornaments, also called «wheelbases».
These font styles have been historically used in the clipboard (newspapers, magazines). They
represent elegance, seriousness, tradition. They have an old-school side and are often used for
long texts.

Many applications offer the creation of the logo for free; this is the case of "Canva", an easy-to-
use application with a huge choice. Among several versions of the logo on the "Canva"
application, I chose the best, modify it and download it on my computer. Indeed, my logo
offers both a symbol and a text.

The “About Us” page is usually left out. However, it can make a decisive contribution to the
success of a website. Indeed, a page «About us» has a main objective: to strengthen the
confidence of my visitors. In a text «About», I told in an authentic way the history of my
company, my values and my vision of the company and introduced my team. A function of the
«About us» page that is becoming increasingly important: the presentation of the philosophy of
my platform.

In conclusion, I can say that the strong point of my project is related to the design of my
website with a clear, standardized, documented and reliable navigation that reassures the
visitor and encourages him to navigate from page to page despite the lack of experience of
creating websites. It is sure that an improvement of my website would be possible if I opted for
paid website creation software because unfortunately the number of models is generally
limited in terms of functions and offers compared to paid options.
