Rules and Regulations
Paper Presentation
1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 2.
2. The topics that the papers can be chosen by your own. It is advisable that
the presentation focuses on one particular topic.
3. Abstract should not exceed more than 250 words and paper should not
exceed 8 pages.
4. Kindly submit your abstract at the time of registration.
5. Kindly Mail your abstract, paper and ppt to nprcteece@[Link]
on or before 10.02.2025.
6. Soft-copies of the submitted paper and PowerPoint presentations must
be in the .docx, .ppt format
7. Kindly bring your PowerPoint presentation on a pen-drive also.
8. The teams will get 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.
9. Persons from different institutions can be a part of the same team.
However, one person may not be a part of multiple teams for the same
event.
10. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
Circuit Combat
1. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 2.
2. Prelims (Written) shall consist of multiple choice questions.
3. Top 6 teams will be selected for Final Round in which team has to locate
the faults successfully within time limit.
4. Original Schematic diagram and faulty circuit will be given.
5. Circuit will be given on the spot.
6. All the components and material required for the circuit will be provided.
7. Power supply and other testing devices like multimeter, CRO (if needed)
will be provided.

1. There are two categories: Line Follower and Dashing
2. Participants can choose any one category
3. Maximum number of participants in a Team is 2.
4. Robots should be designed using Raspberry Pi, Arduino (UNO, Nano,
Mega), ESP8266, ESP32
5. It may be 2 wheel or 4 wheel
6. Power by battery only
7. Controlled by WiFi/Bluetooth/Preprogrammed/RFID
8. App Android/IoS App
9. Maximum weight 1Kg
A Minute to win
1. Single participant.
2. Participants should complete the given task within a minute.

Ideaclum:
1. Eligibility:
Open to all registered symposium participants. Individual
participation only.
2. Presentation Duration: 10 minutes (strictly enforced).
3. Content:
Present innovative ideas related to science and engineering, including
novel technologies, inventions, or solutions.
4. Language: English only.
5. Evaluation:
Innovation and Originality: 40%
Practicality and Feasibility: 30%
Presentation Quality and Communication: 20%
Technical Depth and Understanding: 10%
6. Guidelines:
PowerPoint slides are allowed and encouraged.
Presentations must be prepared and ready on time.
Offensive content, plagiarism, or uncredited use of others’ work is
prohibited.
Latecomers will not be allowed to present
7. Disqualification:
Exceeding the time limit by 30+ seconds, plagiarism, or misconduct
will lead to disqualification.
