Mitochondria is the basis of Longevity, energy, and health & Vigour.
The healthier the
Mitochondria.. is, the longer and healthier a person lives. Its the factory of the cell for
producing energy.
Research has shown a strong correlation between a species’ ability to produce
CoQ10 and their longevity.
Unfortunately, CoQ10 supplements wont help much, unless they are taken in a purified
form of UBIQUINOL. The supplements are very expensive, Instead, take CoQ10 rich
foods….. You need at least 120 -200 mg of CoQ10 amount in a capsule per day.

Pomegranate Juice that has Urolithin A will increase the life-span of
Lab Worms by 50 % and, also Increase the distance they can move
by 40%
Ame experimented in the lab, trying out various supplements on a group of aging rats.
Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), which is known for transporting fatty acids into the
mitochondria, shored up the membranes and helped repair the mitochondrial DNA, but
it didn’t decrease free-radical production. So, he added alpha-lipoic acid (LA), a
mitochondrial coenzyme capable of cleaning up the messes free radicals make.
The result? Ames’s older lab rats — who couldn’t run well on a treadmill and couldn’t
navigate in a water pool — were rejuvenated. Their running and swimming improved.
Their mitochondria became more youthful, too
Co Q10 increased the rate of electron transport, boosting energy
production and protecting the mitochondria from decline. Acetyl-L-
carnitine fed energy-releasing molecules, improving their efficiency,
and preventing damage. And R-alpha-lipoic acid helped
mitochondria reduce production of toxins and cellular waste.
The diet can change your genes. There are certain nutrition advise,
or rules……
- Don’t eat too many calories - Sweet potatoes are very healthy
(Purple) They are calorie restricted foods
- For Anti-Aging, sea-weed based carotenoids
- Food with lot of color
- Vegetables & greens/fruits are high nutrient and low caloric
food
Additional Notes:
- Less meat, more vegetables, and leave hungry from the table
- Try ALC – Alpha Lipoic Acid Supplements
- Try ALA - Alpha Linolic Acid from flaxseeds - Grind fresh Flax
seed and take 2 heaped teas spoon-fulls, or 20 grams per day.
Drink water to pass stool smoothly (Important with flaxseed, or
else, you can’t pass stools… experiment with water….)
- Flaxseeds help your cholesterol (The best way, If you cant take
flaxseed powder, then buy flaxseed oil from any store)
- Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) supplements
- Pomegranate – 100 ml juice or One big fruit or 2 per day
- B Vitamins – B1 , b2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12 ( Called B Complex, or B100) one
tablet per day
- Garlic is excellent for Cholesterol, But do not take it
continuously as the Onion/Garlic family of plants cross
blood/brain barrier and Makes the brain slow in reaction, and
makes you lethargic, and a weak focus
- C Vitamins – Take Supplements once in a while , But more
importantly take Kale, Broccoli, Brussels sprout, Strawberries,
Lemon etc., One big orange gives 70% of daily value
- Vitamin E – Eating 1 small avocado OR ½ COSTCO avocado can
give you ~40%
- Codliver Oil has highest value (DHA =EPA) that the body needs
+ vit. A + Vit D
- Calcium supplements will have very very poor absorption, and
not much use, except the Calcium injections. Try Calcium
carbonate supplements (take with Food only, as they need stomach acid )
