Delivery Note

It is hereby confirmed that Valuedrive Technologies Private Limited (“Buyer”) has taken the physical delivery of
Motor Vehicle bearing: Registration No. DL3CCT8956; Make/Model MARUTI SUZUKI / VITARA BREZZA;
Chassis No. MA3NYFJ1SMC754826; Engine No K15BN4121574 with the odometer reading at 44658; (hereinafter
referred to as “Motor Vehicle”) from SONIA RATHI (“Seller”) vide Motor Vehicle Agreement for Sale dated
15/06/2025 (hereinafter “Agreement”) on (15/06/2025) (“Date of Delivery”). Prior to the Date of Delivery, the Seller
shall assume all Liabilities and obligations in relation to the Motor Vehicle and Buyer shall only assume liability, if
any, during the intervening period i.e. until the ownership is transferred in the name of the subsequent owner. All terms
referenced here incorporate the defined terms of the Agreement.
