REFLECTION
My OJT or On the Job Training at San carlo
AFLS Computer World provided me an
invaluable learning experience. I gained
firsthand exposure to the realities of
working in the IT industry, bridging the
gap between theoretical knowledge and
practical application. In our OJT at the Alfs
computer world, I have learned a lot from
them, just like sir teach me how to check
hard disk drive, actually when sir
demonstrating how to Check hard disk
drive I'm just watching their doing, at the
first I thought it's difficult but
unfortunately, it's not really that hard,
because when they were done checking
hard disk drive they said to me that I
should try so that I can learn it to check
hard disk drive, so that day I try it to
perform but i never expect that i can do it
even I just watched, i also learned that if
you are really determined to learn you
must have confidence, and courage to do
it what ever the risk I must face it, if i want
to expand my knowledge i should help my
self, so just like I said that even I'm not
sure that i can do it the checking hard disk
drive, I still try surprisingly I made it, I
have a lot of experience when we were ojt
just like when we eaten at the carinderia
we never expect that we gonna
experience that, because after we eaten in
that carinderia, I suffered from stomach
ache and diarrhea, that night I didn't sleep
well that night because every minute I
woke up I go to CR so just I'll wait the
morning came. By the way in the next day
sir dave teach me how to clone a disk so
just like sir Balino did, sir Dave
demonstrating the process while I'm
watching they doing and I think cloning
disk is quite challenging for me but I still
made it, in the next day we have a
customer brought his system unit and sir
Balino fixed that, after sir fixed the system
unit because they have service so they
instructed me to reformat the hard disk
drive and then reprogram it and installing
applications and update the drivers, when
we tested the customers was very
satisfied. Fixing 31 computers in Talang
elementary school was a challenging yet
rewarding experience. I encountered a
variety of hardware issues, like the
memory card, power cord and the CPU.
Through troubleshooting these problems, I
developed a deeper understanding of
computer components and gained
valuable hands-on experience. I am
confident that my work has improved the
school's technological infrastructure and
will enhance the students' learning
experience. My Overall Experience: My OJT
at San Carlos Alfs Computer World was a
rewarding and enriching experience. I am
grateful for the opportunity to learn from
experienced professionals and gain
valuable industry experience. This
experience has significantly increased my
confidence in my abilities and prepared
me for a successful career
HIGHLIGHTS
My most Highlight accomplishment during my OJT
at Alfs Computer World was the cloning hard drives.
I'm so thankful that sir dave teached me how to
clone disk, because This skill is crucial for data
backup and recovery, allowing customers to quickly
and easily restore their operating systems and files
in case of hardware failure or system crashes."I
gained hands-on experience with Cloning disk . This
hands-on experience was invaluable in
understanding the practical aspects of disk
cloning."that's why for me this my highlight because
also is quite challenging because also I think this
may also I'll never forget the cloning disk because
this cloning disk is the last thing i perform in our last
day, because of the cloning disk I learned to use
specialized software and hardware to create exact
duplicates of hard drives. This involved
understanding the different cloning methods,
ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting potential
issues that may arise during the process."
