SPEAKING

Jessica: Hey Marlene, have you thought about next semester?

Marlene: Yes, a little. If you don’t sleep well, you feel tired. And if you don’t
check your email, you miss stuff.
Jessica: Totally. If you plan your classes now, you relax later. And if I start my
thesis early, I have more time.
Marlene: I get that. If you finish your thesis, you will have free break. And me.
If I finish my project, I will watch a movie.
Jessica: Next semester if you take class with teacher Luis you may pass the
assignature. When we go back to class, I will help you with presentations.
Marlene: Thanks! When I get my laptop, I will start fast. Also, next semester If
I stay organized, I may be less stressed.
Jessica: I won’t join any club I have time. As soon as I finish my meetings, I will
rest a bit.
Marlene: Honestly, I won’t add more stuff unless I really have time. And If I
had more time, I could visit my sister.
Jessica: If I had more time, I would travel more. If we studied something
easier, we could rest more.
Marlene: That would be great. If I had more money, I wouldn’t stress about my
laptop.
Jessica: Well… I like my major. I wouldn’t change it, even if I could.
Marlene: Same here! I like what I study but sometimes I worry about the
future.

Jessica: Yeah, me too. Unless you pass, you won’t get a job.

Marlene: Don’t worry! As soon as I help you, we will pass.
