SQL Developer Role: Check List

Expected steps to be taken by the Recruiter:


1. Interview the candidate to confirm they fulfil the Check Lists below
2. If the candidate fulfils the Checklists, submit only these sections in the CV Template to OKS.
- Personal Details
- Skills Matrix
- Career History Summary
Optional: you may also send the Candidates original CV with the above.
3. OKS will review the CV Template to determine whether a more verbose CV and subsequent interview is
necessary.

CHECK LIST: EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years overall experience in a development role Required


The candidate must have passed Matric with a Bachelors pass Required
(i.e., achieved marks high enough for admission to study a Degree AKA Matric Exemption)
Good grasp of English and the ability to communicate an idea well, over the phone Required
Energetic and enthusiastic Required
Matric Mathematics Required
(not Math literacy, not SG Math)
University Bachelor Degree Advantageous
(candidate would be more qualified for higher order thinking)
