John: Good morning, thank you so much. I'm happy to be here.

Karen: Hello, John. Nice to meet you.

John: Nice to meet you too.

Jenny: Let’s start. Can you tell us a bit about yourself and the position you're applying for?

John: Sure. My name is John Morales. I’m 28 years old and I’m applying for the position of
international marketing coordinator. I’m very passionate about working in global
environments and I think this job matches my skills and goals.

Karen: Great. Now, could you tell us about your academic background?

John: I studied Business Administration at the University of Lima and completed a

specialization in International Marketing last year. I’ve also taken several courses on digital

Jenny: That sounds good. What would you say are your main achievements so far?

John: One of my biggest achievements was leading a project that increased my company’s
online sales by 35% in six months. I also won an award for best employee of the year in 2023.

Karen: Impressive! And what about your work experience?

John: I have five years of experience in marketing. I started as an assistant, then moved to

healthy?

John: I try to keep a balanced lifestyle. I exercise three times a week, eat healthy most of the
time, and meditate to manage stress.

Jenny: That’s great to hear. Before we finish, do you have any questions for us?

John: Yes, thank you. First, I’d like to know more about the training opportunities for new
employees. And second, could you tell me what the team dynamic is like in the marketing
department?

development courses. As for the team, we work closely in a collaborative and supportive
environment.
