Before we begin..
This pattern is an Intermediate beginner pattern
written in English and United States terminology.
Yarn and hook size that I recommend are optional. You may
use whatever materials you like. However, using different
sized materials will change the shape and look of your
gremlin.

Materials
Weight 6 yarn. I used Bernat
Mistical.
Faux fur yarn
Desired hook size. I used 4.5mm.
Darning needle
Scissors
Safety eyes. Choose your size
based on the size of your gremlin. I
used 25mm.
Poly fill or doll stuffing
I recommend a stitch marker to
mark your rounds.

dc - double crochet

hdc - half double crochet
BOB - 4 loop bobble stitch
inc - increase
dec - invisible decrease
FO -fasten off
Xn - number of times to

Head & Body
1. 8sc in mr (8)
2. 8inc (16)
3. (1sc, inc) x8 (24)
4. (2sc, inc) x8 (32)
5-8. 32sc - 4 rounds (32)
Tip: If you want your
9. 14sc, 8inc, 10sc (40) gremlin to sit, dont stuff
10. 40sc (40) after round 23 so that the
11. (3sc, dec) X8 (32) bottom is flat.
Insert eyes now between rounds 8-9. About 5-6 sitches apart.
Make sure they go slightly above your increases from round 9.

Stuff the head now.

Place your bottom wing under your top wing and use the bottom
wing’s tail to sew the two pieces together.
Sew the wings into the middle of the back with the top wing’s tail.
(For your right wing you’ll need to weave your tail back down to
the beginning.)
