2. For the following self biased CE amplifier, find the DC operating points (IB , IC and
VCE ). Draw the small signal circuit of it and find the expression of the gain of the
amplifier and also calculate its value. Given: RB =465 kΩ, RC =2.5 kΩ, RS = 1 kΩ,
VDD =10 V, VBE(on) = 0.7 V, β = 100 and VCE(sat) = 0.3 V.

3. For the following resistive divider based CE amplifier, find the expression of the gain
of the amplifier and also calculate its value. Given: RB1 =206 kΩ, RB2 =20 kΩ, RC =
RL =RS =2 kΩ VDD =10 V, VBE(on) = 0.7 V, β = 200 and VCE(sat) = 0.3 V.
