How to Organize Your Movie Review


Quality of your paper depends on the level of organization you
implement. Never underestimate the importance of well-structured
outline, regardless of the type of paper you have to write. Outlines
help you focus on the subject and contribute to a logical flow.
In addition, getting things organized before you start writing is a great
way to save time later on. Instead of trying to figure out what to
include, you’ll have a well-structured plan to follow. It’s needless to
mention you won’t be too stressed out.

The three‘ingredients essential for the success of a film-an entertaining


plot, quality acting and cinematographic excellence-are all fulfilled by
the release of Titanic ‘, which has enthralled the public in its first week
itself.

Directed and produced by James Cameroon, it has an impressive cast


with the winsome beauty, Kate Winslet and charming Leonardo Di
Caprio, playing the lead roles of Rose and Jack respectively.

Set in 1912, the film begins with the usual boy meets girl syndrome,
the appeal being the breaking of the rigid social barrier, so prevalent in
the English society. For Rose, meeting Jack means freedom from having
to always behave in accordance with social norms. Lady luck seems to
favour Jack, as having won a ‘ticket to ride'. by chance, it leads him to
his love. Rose, however, is engaged to be married to a ‘suitable young
man’, of her parents’ choice. However, events take a surprising turn
and destiny chalks out the future for each person on the 'Titanic’. The
movie aims at bringing out the essence of true love. However, destiny
has a major role to play in shaping the finale. The film displays Kate
Winslet’s excellent acting skills and a sensitive portrayal of Rose.
Leonardo Di Caprio wins many hearts with his good looks and true to
life depiction of the character of Jack. Other than the superb acting,
the most striking aspect of the film is the 'Titanic‘, in its full grandeur,
as it originally was, a ship built for the elite of the era. Cameroon’s eye
for finer details is revealed in the fact that everything from the linen to
the crockery is a copy of the original. The costumes too are completely
Victorian and add to the film’s appeal.

The cinematography, photography and choreography are all brilliant
and leave nothing to be desired. The music has a haunting quality that
blends beautifully with the spirit of the film. The sound recording is
remarkable.
Judging by the reactions of the audience, James Cameroon has once
again proved himself to be a director par excellence. His efforts are
indeed commendable. This film is sure to appeal to young people and
adolescents.
