I, DEEPAK SAINI S/o Sh. RAJ KUMAR R/o [Link].60, WARD NO. 10, TEHSIL
ARNIA, DISTRICT JAMMU,181131, respectfully submits that I am a resident of
the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and a law- abiding citizen of India and
as such, is entitled to all the fundamental, legal, and statutory rights as
enshrined in the Constitution of India, especially the right to life as enshrined
in Article 21 of the Constitution of India. The brief facts of the case are as
follows:-
1. That I and AMANDEEP D/O BHARAT SINGH were duly married on 7th
December, 2012, according to Hindu rites and customs and according to
the wishes of our families. Out of the said wedlock, 2 child were born (1-
female child of age 11 years and 1- male child of age 10 years). We
both moved into our matrimonial home situated at [Link].60, WARD NO.
10, TEHSIL ARNIA, DISTRICT JAMMU,181131 and resided there till she
started behaving irrelevantly abruptly soon after marriage. Respected Sir
I gave each and every comfort to her so that she may live happily with
me but she started harassing me and my parents by beating physically
me and my parents under the influence of her mother and father, who
used to instigate my wife to fight with me and my parents.
2. Due to this atmosphere creation by my wife, my father had to give me
and my wife “Fargati” also on 06-06-2017.
3. That after the Fargati was given I took my wife with me and stayed in
Arnia on Rent there also my wife used to harass me and also used to
make fabricated facts and used to make several wrong applications
against me and my family in Police Station Arnia.
4. That after this my wife’s mother and father approached Saini-Sabha at
round about 2023-24 and made an application stating that “my family
used to torture Amandeep for Dowry and used to beat my wife”, which
were totally fasle and fabricated stories and also demanded to settle the
dispute and also pleaded to take Amandeep back to home. Pressure was
made on my family and they due to that my parents had to allow me
and my wife to stay with them.
5. That on 02-08-2025 at round about 10:00 pm my wife started vomiting
abruptly when I approached her and asked her to move to Hospital, she
totally refused and told me that I want to die and will blame you and
your family of my death, which was a shock to me. And told me that if
you will not throw your old parents out ,I will suicide and will blame you
for this whole act.
6. That Monika Saini my “Sali”(brother-in-law’s wife) use to instigate my
wife and also tells her to do these acts as she is serving in Police. Due to
Monika’s influence I have always been harassed and beaten by my
father-in-law and Mother-in-law and always tell me that if you go to
Police station no one will hear you.
7. All the house-hold work is being done by my mother and in return she
beats them and hence also snitches my mothers hairs which are being
kept by my father as a proof.
It is, therefore, most respectfully urged to your good self that I being so
harassed and so much disturbed, so please take the consideration of matter
seriously and help me to get rid of it LODGING AN FIR AGAINST AMANDEEP,
BHARAT SINGH, ALIAS VEENA W/O BHARAT SINGH R/O KOOL-KALAN, TEHSIL
ARNIA, DISTRICT JAMMU,181131 and MONIKA SAINI W/O ARJUN SAINI R/O
KOOL-KALAN, TEHSIL ARNIA, DISTRICT JAMMU,181131.
