INTRODUCTION

The Dental Clinic Management System is designed to up the demand for digital
healthcare solutions, particularly in dental clinics where effective patient data,
appointment scheduling, billing, and clinic operations management are essential. The
project is organized using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which breaks down
the entire development process into manageable phases and tasks in order to
guarantee a successful implementation.

The WBS provides more detailed descriptions of project work, starting from the high
level that defines the project goal. The next level outlines major deliverables,
followed by sub-deliverables, and finally, the work packages.
