5:30 AM - 6:00 AM Wake up, freshen up, light exercise or meditation

6:00 AM - 7:30 AM Mathematics - Concept building & topic-wise practice

7:30 AM - 8:00 AM Breakfast + Short break

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM English - Vocabulary, grammar, comprehension

9:00 AM - 10:30 AM General Science - Focus on Physics, Chemistry, Biology (NCERT based)

10:30 AM - 11:00 AM Tea break

11:00 AM - 12:30 PM General Studies - Geography, History, Polity (alternate focus)

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM Lunch + Power nap/rest

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Current Affairs - Newspaper reading + note-making

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM Mathematics - Problem solving + speed-building

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Mock test / Previous Year Question Practice

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Physical Training - Running, push-ups, sit-ups, planks, etc.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Revision - Formulas, quick facts, vocab recap

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM Dinner + Family time

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM Video lectures / online content / doubt-solving
