officers of Anti-Evasion Branch, GGST DelhlSouth (hereinafter referred to [Link],)
presented ourselves to witness the proceedings of inspection which were [Link] carried out at th;
registered premises of IWs. Daleep Traders (GSTIN-07AMApy7231K2zN), plot No.7, Sector-g,
Dwarka, Bagdola, south west Delhi, Delhi- I10077. The officer introduced himself as shri J. F.
Bumwal, Superintendent and Shri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, Inspector by showing their identity
card and requested us the Panchas to rvitness the said proceedings for which we voluntarily
agreed upon. The officers showed us the Authorisation for lnspection datea 06.00.2023

and we,.the Panchas put our dated signatures on it as a token of having seen and understood the
contents ther€of.
Thereafter, we the Panchas, along with the officers with the assistance of local persons
present over there, reached at sector-8, Dwarka, Bagdola, South west Dehi-110077. It was
informed by the persons/ shopkeepers available at sector-8, Drvarka, Bagdola, South west Dehi-
I10077 that the given address i.e. Plot No.7, Sector-8, D*irka, Bagdola, South west Delhi,
Delhi- I10077 is incomplete as the said address does not have any deiaits of nearby landmarksi
Block Number/ Gali Numaber etc. without details of nearby landmarks/ Block lriumber/ Gali
Numaber, the_said address could not Lle located. Enquiries have been made from various persons/
shopkeepers, however, despite best efforts, the above said address plot No.7, Sector-g, bwarka,
Bagdola, south west Delhi, Delhi- 110077 could nor be located. Thereafteq the offrceis tried to
contact the proprietor ofthe firm Shri Daleep over mobile number given in the registration details
i.e. 8929258079, however, the said mobile number was found not in service.
The [Link] proceedings were carried out in a systematic rnanner and in a
peaceful atmosphere and no harm was caused to any property, fixture or persons. No
religious sentiment was hurt. we,. the above named panchas remained preient on the
spot throughout the proceedings which were started at 09.30 AM ani concluded at
09:55 AM on 07.06.2023. The panchnama was drawn on the spot and the same was
read over and explained to us the panchas, in English and veinacular, we all above
mentioned Panchas put our dated signatures on the panchnama in token of havi ng read,
understood and accepted th e same as drawn correctly on the spot. We are satisfied with
the manner of visit and the contents of Panchnama. This panchnama is typed on La ptop
of carried out by the office rs and printout of the same has been taken from the nearby
