1. Please introduce yourself briefly?
Answer : My name is Rafly Sauh, born in Bekasi, March 2, 2002, a recent graduate of a diploma in accounting
at Singaperbangsa University, Karawang.
2. Why do you think we should hire you?
Answer : During college I did an internship at Angelyn's company, I worked in the position of staff accountant
where I helped prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable/receivable, and do bank reconciliations. This
combination of skills is very relevant and is the right reason why I deserve to be accepted in this position.
3. What department do you apply and why do you interested on it?
Answer : I applied for the position of tax supervisor, before I registered with this company I had read the job
description listed on the job vacancy page where the contents of it were in accordance with my abilities and
passion so I was interested and applied for this position.
4. What are your strengths, please specify each of three!
Answer : I am an analytical person with attention to detail, able to work under pressure, have good
communication and teamwork skills.
5. What are your weaknesses?
Answer : easily distracted so 1 thing I have to fix this has an impact especially when I work for a long time so I
overcome it by reading books and deleting social media so I can focus on working
6. Please tell me about your education?
Answer : During my studies I joined organizations such as student associations and participated in seminars. In
addition, I also gained a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting and taxation. So I
graduated on time.
7. Where do you see yourself 2 years from now?
Answer : in the next 2 years I will see myself as an experienced and competent person in the first and second
years I will continue to develop my skills and knowledge in the field of tax supervision so that I can become a
professional tax supervisor
8. What kind of salary do you expect?
Answer : Considering the competencies and skills that I have, I am proposing compensation in the range of IDR
5 million to IDR 6 million. I hope that you will consider it.
9. Do you have any strategies to increase our business income?
Answer : I will develop strategies according to company needs by conducting observations and identifying
problems.
10. What course did you attend?
Answer :I took a Microsoft Excel course
