A. HUMAN RIGHTS
1. Are you aware of the rights you have as a human being?
2. Have you ever felt that your inherent human rights have ever been violated while in this
community?
3. Have you ever felt that the rights of the people of the community have been violated?

B. SOCIAL JUSTICE
1. Do you think that the people in your community strives to uphold social justice?
2. How you think the authorities in your community handle issues, and demands of the
members that community has

C. EMPOWERMENT AND ADVOCACY


1. Are you benefitting from any programs/advocacies that the leaders and authorities of
your community are placing for your well-being? Can you name a few?
2. Do you think there are enough programs to help empowerment and awareness of
minority groups in your community, why or why not?

D. PARTICIPATORY DEVELOPMENT
1. Do you often participate/volunteer in any form of community activities/campaigns?
2. Do you believe these activities have any effect to help contribute for the cause that it
aims on resolving?
3. Why do you think these activities help in contributing for the cause it aims in resolving,
and if it doesn’t help, why not?

E. GENDER EQUALITY
1. How do you think women and also members of the LGBT are treated in this community?
2. Do you think that an individual deserves the same rights and privileges, regardless of
that individual’s gender, and sexuality.
3. Have you or anyone you know have encountered any form of discrimination because of
one’s gender or sexuality?

F. SOLUTIONS
1. Do you believe that your community is inherently a good, just and healthy place?
2. If you had the power to do so, what changes do you wish to happen in your community?
3. Do you believe that these changes are possible in the current time and landscape of the
world?
