The Results of the Entrance Test will be notified on [Link] as follows :
a. For Ph.D. Programs. : 26.05.2025
Ph.D. interviews & document verification for qualified candidates will be from 27.05.2025 to 29.05.2025
b. For all other courses : 09.06.2025
The candidature for admissions is provisional and is subject to the candidate fulfilling the conditions as specified
in the Prospectus 2025-26. If any discrepancy is found, the candidature of the candidate is liable to be cancelled
at any stage.
Please Note:
Issue of Hall Ticket is not indicative of eligibility. If at the time of scrutiny of documents for admission it is
found that the candidate does not possess requisite eligibility criteria, NIMHANS reserves the right to
reject/disqualify candidature irrespective/regardless of result of entrance exam. The candidates are
requested to ensure they fulfil eligibility criteria by checking prospectus before appearing for the exam.

General Instructions
I. All Announcements will be published on [Link]
individual intimation will be provided to the candidate.
II. Report any discrepancy in the details of the admit card on 080-26995012/5013/5014
or "admissions@[Link]" on or before 17.05.2025. If no discrepancy is
reported, it will be assumed that the information provided is deemed to be correct.
III. Candidates reporting after 'Cut off Time' will not be allowed inside the Entrance
Test Centre
IV. The duration of the Entrance Test will be 90 minutes.
V. Candidates called for Entrance Test / and Interview will have to make their own
arrangements for travel and stay where the test /and Interview is conducted. No TA/DA
will be paid by NIMHANS.
VI. Under no circumstances, any requests for change in the date of Entrance Test will be
considered
VII. The decision of the Director of the Institute shall be final.
I. DO's:
a. Produce any one of the Original ID cards (PAN Card/ Aadhar Card or E-Aadhar/
Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID Card) at the Entrance Test Centre.
b. Produce admit card affixed with self attested recent passport size photograph to the
Entrance Test centre and hand over to the room invigilator/supervisor.
c. Keep a photocopy of the Admit Card for future references, as the original
admit card will be collected at the Entrance Test centre
d. If the candidate is appearing for multiple courses, the appropriate admit card
for each of the Entrance Test should be produced and handed over to the room
invigilator/supervisor.
e. Once the Scheduled time for the test has ended, all candidates shall remain in their
place, until the Hall Supervisor/Invigilator instructs them to leave the Exam Hall.
II. DON'Ts:
a. Avoid carrying any pens, papers, notes, books, calculators, mobile phones,
scanning devices, pager and any other electronic gadgets/devices including
smart watches etc. to the Entrance Test Centre.
b. No space will be provided for storing the candidate's belongings. NIMHANS
will NOT be responsible for the safety of any valuables/possessions at the
Entrance Test Centre.
c. Possession of any unauthorized material including those mentioned in point a)
above or indulging in copying or impersonation or adopting unfair means, will lead
to disqualification of candidature
